We were recommended to use CGG Consulting to help assist us with the operational aspects of the business. We are a construction company that is rapidly growing and always seem to be chasing our tail.
Once on board Colin implemented a few quick fixes straight away. Starting with subcontractor agreement forms and vehicle use policy through to designing or QMS. He even held a meeting with the workforce to discuss the new changes coming in and how they would help everyone.
He then got to grips with a new operational programme and helped us recruit a Works Coordinator to update the software on a daily basis. This has really helped with organising different trades and saved on costs of wasted labour.
